Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, chairmanship aspirant, Ijede Local Council Development Area, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Alhaji Lawal Lateef Alaba, has commended the leadership quality of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed, describing him as a role model with impeccable character.
He also commended the role played by Tinubu in the party’s taking over of Ogun and Oyo states by the progressives in the governorship elections.
Alaba commended the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for a job well done, adding that the chairman of the commission, Professor Attahiru Jega, has fulfilled his promise to give Nigerians a credible poll.
“I commend INEC for the successful conduct of the elections. The man, Jega, promised Nigerians that he will conduct a credible election and he delivered on his promises,†he said.
The Ijede LCDA chairmanship aspirant said that governor Babatunde Raji Fashola won the governorship election clearly, attributing it to hard work.
“Governor Fashola’s victory is well deserved. He won according to the INEC result. The election was free and fair. The good people of Lagos State voted for our amiable governor.
“I want to thank our people for turning out in large numbers to vote for the governor and other ACN candidates,†he said.
