Aspirant Hails Amosun, Jega

An Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) chairmanship aspirant in Ado Odo-Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State, Alhaji Sikiru Adekunle Mustapha a.k.a. Banana, has praised the Independent National Electoral Commission chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega, for his uprightness in the just concluded general elections, which he described as the best in the country.

He also congratulated the Ogun State governor-elect, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, for his success in the election, while urging all party stalwarts and supporters to rally round the new governor in his bid to bring dividends of democracy to the people.

The aspirant, who had been in politics since 1993, disclosed that he wants to be chairman of the local government in order to make life more meaningful to the people, while tasking the youths in the area to maintain peace during the forthcoming local government election in the state.
