Ikeja Local Government chairmanship aspirant on the platform of Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, Supo Moses, has congratulated the re-elected governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola and his deputy, Mrs. Adejoke Orelope Adefulire, on their victory at the polls, saying that it is well deserved.
He also congratulated AC N national leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the national and state leadership of the party for a job well done.
He said Fashola’s re-election was a reward for excellence, superlative performance and exemplary leadership which has been the hallmark of his administration since inception.
Moses congratulated all elected ACN candidates which includes senators, House of Representatives members and members of the state House of Assembly.
He equal expressed gratitude to the people of the state, most especially his Ikeja constituency for their unflinching supports for AC N candidates in the general elections.
The chairmanship aspirant specifically enthused their listening to the call to come out to exercise their franchise which they did in an unmistakable and admirable manner shows their determination to deepen democracy in the country.
“By displaying undiluted preference for the AC N in your choice of representatives, you have increased the government- citizen trust, which is the bedrock of the social capital upon which the government will base its relevance and legitimacy.
“Fashola has become not only a beacon of hope for Lagos, but also a transformational and visionary leader the world is proud of.
“He is determined, committed, intelligent, dedicated, tested and trusted. Fashola has proved that there is still responsible and trustworthy leaders in the country,†he said.
