Katsina Alu Loses Wife

Mrs. Mimi, wife of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Katsina Alu, is dead.

She was confirmed dead this evening after she and her husband were said to be hit by a tree that fell in the CJN’s palatial compound in Alu, a town in Ushongo Local Government Area of Benue State.

They were both rushed to a hospital in Gboko, but she died before she could get medical attention.

According to reports, the CJN is responding to treatment.
