Seven-year old primary three pupil, Omowumi Ashake Fadeyi, has released her debut album Eko (Education).
Speaking with P.M. Entertainment shortly after an outstanding performance in Ikeja recently, the whizkid poet hinted that her father writes songs and poems while she presents them.
Ashake, as she is fondly called, added that music does not affect her studies as her class teacher encourages and assists her tremendously.
Born in Abeokuta, Omowumi, who attends God’s Blessing Nursery and Primary School, Iyana Ipaja, also stressed that the school authority encourages and officially permits her to attend radio and television interviews whenever the need arises.
Similarly, her school mates are happy with her by showing love, affection and respect for her talent. She has becoming an inspirational pupil in the school.
She is the second and only girl among her parent’s three kids. Her father, Abayomi Fadeyi, is a presenter with Lagos Television, while her mother is a cosmetologist.
