PLASU Resumes Next Week
The Vice Chancellor of Plateau State University (PLASU), Professor Nenfort Gomwalk, has assured the general public of plans to resume operation in June after about four years of closure and registration of new students is scheduled to commence this Friday.
The university had suspended academic activities based on reports by a panel that its take-off was faulty and lacked basic facilities to propel learning.
The report also indicated that those on the pay roll of the university were also on the pay roll of other establishments, among others.
“We’re hoping by this promise, all issues have been resolved and such crisis will not occur again,†Prof Gomwalk affirmed.
