Dr Ngochindo spoke to a section of the press in Port harcourt after he received his patent licence from the Patent and Designs Council in Abuja. He said his ‘chemotherapy’ has been subjected to analysis and tests.
Dr.Ngochindo who is also a Professor of Diabetology and a Research Fellow from Pecs University had in the past claimed he had a breakthrough in offering a permanent cure for diabetes.
Dr Ngochindo who has a Post Graduate Degree in Toxicoloy was granted a patent licence for his Permanent Cure for Diabetics Mellitus by President Olusegun Obasanjo through Patents and Designs on December 6,2000.

He said he was ready for any scientific challenge anywhere in the world.

He said his breakthrough is scientific not herbal. He said he first tested his drugs on small mammals and later humans. “All the drugs in the market are on reversing the hand of the natural process of DNA to RNA in protein and the persons look cured, but not cured.By God’s grace,I can now cure AIDS through chemotherapy.”
On his next plan,Dr. Ngochindo said ” The federal Government has given the patent. What is required now is for me to produce it to NAFDAC and SON specifications. This is where we need assistance and partnership with the federal government, the state, companies and others for us to mass produce the drug for the world”
