Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and over 4,000 Nigerians and foreigners will be attending the second international convention of EDMARK, a health product company based in Nigeria.
According to the company’s management, the event which will hold tomorrow at Adebola House, Opebi, Lagos, South-West Nigeria, will also feature talks by invited guests within and outside the country.
The convention titled ‘Love’s The Reason’ is also an opportunity for the organisation to showcase its achievements so far as the company is said to have established branches in several parts of the country. It has also expanded its reach to other African countries.
At the convention which is billed to hold by 1p.m, awards would be given to deserving distributors of the company’s products.
“This is to encourage them for their efforts at lifting the fortunes of the organization. Last year, several cars were given out to some loyal distributors. This year, surprises await them,†the company said.
Speaking on tomorrow’s event, Mr Sam Low, the CEO of EDMARK said the evnt is
“Edmark’s 1st International Convention in Nigeria and we are expecting 4,000 attendees all over Africa. We are also expecting His Excellency Olusegun Obasanjo. We are recognizing all the achievers in the grand gathering of love. The Theme speaks for itself, “LOVE’S THE REASONâ€. It’s a unique theme and the best way to show our care and love to all Edmarkers. We care for them and we go all the way out.
“Another important guest at the event is Engr. Umar Buba Bindir, the Director General National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion, Federal Ministry of Science and Technology.
It is an annual event and this is the first here in Nigeria and definitely not the last.
“We started two years ago. We started in Lagos and now we have branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt and soon in Onitsha and Kano within this year. Our objective is that we are fully committed to help people succeed in health, wealth and total well being. We are fully committed to uplift the quality of people’s life in terms of income generation, good health, wealth and happiness to help people succeed.”
Mr. Low, the founder/ CEO of EDMARk group of companies, has been described as an entrepreneur who is also a visionary and inventor.
