Argentina Int Friendly: Siasia, NFF At Loggerheads

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and coach Samson Siasia are sharply divided over a rematch against Argentina in September in Bangladesh.

MTNFootball.com investigations have revealed that the big wigs at the NFF and Super Eagles coach, Samson Siasia, are divided on the money-spinning clash.

While the top shots insist the game will still be played, Siasia said he has been informed it has been called off.

A top NFF official told MTNFootball.com: “The Argentina deal is on and the Super Eagles will play the match unless, God forbid, something tragic happens.”

He further disclosed that it would amount to a breach of contract if Nigeria fails to honour the match.

According to the NFF top shot,”What some people don’t know is that the match had been on the cards even before the ‘Guinness The Match’ between the two countries which was played on 1 June in Abuja.
