A school principal, Mary Olawole, who allegedly stole N3.5 million of schoolâ€
Oluwole, 40, is standing trial on a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing the money which belonged to St. Johnâ€
She pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Cpl. Kehinde Olatunde, told the court that the accused and others at large allegedly committed the offence on June 13 at the college.
He said that the offence contravened Sections 516 and 390 (9) Cap 17, Vol. II of the Criminal Code Laws of Lagos State.
The Magistrate, Mrs. M.R. Osho-Adebiyi, granted the accused a bail of N250,000 with two sureties in the like sum.
The case was adjourned till July 21 for further hearing.
