Nigeria Women Basketball team, the D’Tigress have been drawn in a seemingly easy Group for the 2011 All Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique.
They have been pooled in Group A alongside hosts Mozambique, DR Congo, Zimbabwe and Algeria for the women’s basketball for the 2011 All Africa Games which begins in September.
The draw which took place last week in Bamako, Mali was conducted by the Executives of the continental body, FIBA Africa.
Meanwhile, Group B has the likes of Mali, Senegal, Cameroon, Angola, Rwanda and Cote d’Ivoire.
Senegal won the last edition of the games in 2007 in Algiers, Algeria.
