The police alleged that the accused was arrested following a complaint from Adijat Oluwole that Alebiosu who claimed to be a daily contribution agent operating with the name FAEN Savings and Loans has refused to pay her the N236,000 she contributed into his company.

The incident was said to have occurred in May, 2011 at 42, Palm Street, Lagos Island, Lagos.

Following the report, the accused was arrested and after investigation, he was charged before the Igbosere magistrate’s court for stealing, offence which, according to the prosecutor, ASP N.
