Effrakata Returns With ‘Francophone Nite’

Effrakata Entertainment, the organisers of the VIP Club Nite lunch held in May at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Lekki. Lagos, has stuck to their promise to give lovers of Francophone/World Music a monthly club night in Nigeria.

Tagged Francophone Nite, the event is as a result of a strategic partnership Effrakata has entered into with Best Western: The Island Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. The monthly gig will commence on Friday, 29 July and every last Friday of the month thereafter. Speaking on the show, Jimi Shadare, CEO of Effrakata Entertainment, said “the night is to provide an evening of unparalleled form of entertainment for mature minds, upper level executives and members of the diplomatic corps, who can relate and crave for the best in music, in an executive and conducive environment.”

A pot pourri of music such as Zouk, Salsa, Makossa, Rhumba, Logobi, Zoblazo, Soukouss, Highlife and Hiplife, among others, will give fun lovers a unique opportunity to come enjoy and rediscover themselves through the age long “blue dancing” which the Zouk and Rhumba music is danced to.
