Ojodu Grammar School Gets Alimni Association

After many years of producing thousands of students that have been doing well in different fields of endeavour, Ojodu Grammar School, now Babs Fafunwa Millennium Secondary School, has got an alumni association.

The Vice President of the association, Debo Olowa, told Campus Square that the need for the school’s alumni was inevitable considering the fact that it has produced many successful students over the years.

According to him, “the idea of the alumni was conceived by the person we eventually nominated as the president and we must commend the current principal of the school, Mrs. Adebayo, for support.”

Debo, however, noted that top on the priority of the alumni is to impact positively on students of the school financially, materially and morally, adding, “we are working hand in hand with Square Image Associates, a reputable public relations and events planning outfit, which has plans of bringing celebrities to the school to enlighten students on variety of topical issues.”

Campus Square gathered that plans are in top gear for the official inauguration of the alumni executives.

Meanwhile, the school held its gift and prize giving day/valedictory service on Monday. During the event, students and teachers who have been outstanding in their performances were rewarded.
