Parents and guardians have lauded Pams Montessori School for quality and effective method of teaching to enable pupils to reach their God-given potential.
Speaking at a forum recently, spokesperson for the parents and guardians commended the efforts of the proprietress, Mrs. Cecilia Folashade Adedoyin, for her efforts and vision.
Also speaking, the proprietress said the Montessori method was conceived as an indirect approach to learning, presenting a comprehensive view of the child.
She, however, maintained that Montessori advocated that the classroom must be a laboratory for observing children, testing and retesting the child’s growth.
According to her, it is a dream that has come to reality because “we don’t do direct marketing or advertising in newspapers and magazines, yet parents keep on enrolling their children at the Pams Montessori School, an indication that our products have really showed what we are made of.”
Aside an enabling learning environment, the management has rolled out a summer splash for vacation and this features hop dance, arts and craft, music/talent hunt, chess, swimming and lots more. The school, according to her, has also opened a crèche class.
