Sunday, 18 September, 2011 will be a big day in Lagos as Best of Nollywood (BON) will partner Stanley Peters to premere his first work ever as a film maker entilted Ore Ofe Oluwa, at Whitehouse Hotels and Hall, Ikeja.
According to Stanley,the movie, which has gulped millions of naira, was directed by veteran director, Bolaji Dawodu and has an intimidating cast of Mercy Aigbe, Glo Ambassador Odunade Adekola and Yeni Ejide, to mention a few.
The premere will be an evening to remember as top juju music act, Sir Shina Peters, will perform, while talented comedians will declare the show open.
“Nollywood is growing and the movies are getting better and the only payback we can do for our loyal fans who have stood behind us these years is to give them a good event and BON decided to partner with us after watching the movie and seeing it is a great piece of work,†enthused Stanley.
“The event, which will be strictly by invitation, is expected to be the talk of town for a long time as we are putting in all our best to ensure we come up with what the fans and stakeholders will be proud of for a long time,†Seun Oloketuyi, BON’s CEO added.
