As part of measures towards attracting the best brains into the Accounting profession, the Council for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), has introduced a scholarship scheme for students of tertiary institutions in the country.
The categories of scholarship that the students can benefit from include the Gold Scholarship Award, Diamond Scholarship Award and the Silver Scholarship Award. Prospective applicants are expected to visit the ICAN website, journals and newspapers for more information on the procedure for application, terms and conditions for the award of different categories of the scholarship.
