Sunshine Coach Sure Of Victory

Sunshine Chief Coach, Gbenga Ogunbote, is upbeat that his team will come out victorious when they confront Motema Pembe on Sunday in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Sunshine FC humbled Motema Pemba of Congo 2-0 when the Congolese came to Abeokuta in July.

Both teams have seven points on the group table, so a draw or victory against the home team will give Nigeria’s representatives a chance to qualify for the semi final stage.

Ogunbote told P.M.Sports yesterday that his team are aware of the challenges ahead, adding that their mission to Congo is to secure the three points at stake.

“We know the antics of the Congolese fans and officials.Both teams have the same points on the table,so my players should be at their best to get a good result,” he said.
