As part of the Silver Jubilee Anniversary celebrations of the Celestial Church of Christ, CCC, Ogo-Oluwa Parish, Agbado III, General Coordinator and the Secretary of the Anniversary Committee, Superior Leader Israel Omotunde told P.M.NEWS that the church will be visiting Ijamudo Motherless Baby Home as part of the events to round off the celebration.
Awards of recognition were also given to deserving members of the church the during its 25th Adult Harvest and Thanksgiving ceremony. The award is one of the events put together by the Anniversary Committee.
The week-long events were held between 12 and 18 September at 1-3 Tunji Adejumo Street, Asuje Area , Agbado Station in Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State, Nigeria.
Among the awardees are Superior Evangelist Bola Olaleye (Spiritual Mentor to Shepherd Award), Superior Evangelist Amos Oluwole Omotunde ( Exceptional Spiritual Head Award), Assistant Superior Evangelist Adejare Aremu Best Prophet Award), Special Most Evangelist Timothy Kayode Dairo (Men of Exceptional Contribution Award), Special Most Evangelist Titus Olusoji Ewenje (Pioneer of the Church Award), Honourary Most Senior Evangelist Segun Oyeyemi (Man of Exceptional Contribution Award), Mother Celestial Wilfred O. Omotunde (Exceptional Spiritual Mother Award), Mother Celestial Elizabeth Funmilayo Dairo (Exceptional Spiritual Mother) and Lace Superior Elder Sister Bola Omidokun (Woman of Exceptional Contribution Award).
Superior Leader Israel Omotunde added that one unique achievement of the church in the last one year was the naming of the CCC Ogo Oluwa Parish, Agbado III as the Circuit headquarters of the CCC in Agbado and its environs.
Shepherd of the church, Superior Evangelist Omotunde (JP) gave glory to God for the success of the anniversary. He commended the contribution of his members for making the Silver Jubilee Anniversary a success.
