Leaders of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) and other stakeholders in Oriade Local Council Development Area of Lagos State, have expressed satisfaction over the endorsement of Mr. Moshood Olarewaju Badmus as the chairmanship candidate of the party in the forthcoming local government election in the state by the national leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Speaking after a meeting, one of the party leaders, Alhaji T.A.B. Adams, described Badmus as the best man for the job, well accepted by the entire community and that with his experience of grassroots governance, he has what it takes to take the local council to an enviable height.
Another leader, Alhaji Kehinde Animashaun, said “this is the era of technocrats where you put a square peg in a square hole and not the other way round. Badmus is our right choice and we leaders and state executives have not made any mistake in choosing him,†while also thanking the party’s chairman in the state, Otunba Henry Ajomale, Olatunji Hamzat, Cardinal Odunmbaku, Muiz Banire and Kabiru Suarau, among others, for their support and raising the hope of party members in the area.
