2nd Term: Agege ACN Women Support Council Boss
Women members of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in Agege Local Government Area of Lagos State have called for the people of the local government to support the second term ambition of the council boss, Alhaji Jubreel Ayodeji Abdul-Kareem.
Speaking at a rally held in Agege recently to garner support for the council boss, the women, under the aegis of Agege ACN Women Unity Forum, stated that the council boss has performed creditably in the last three years to warrant a second term.
“In the last three years, Alhaji Abdul-Kareem has performed well. He has been able to transform the lives of the people of this local government through his people-oriented programmes and projects,” Mrs. Remi Taiwo, a member of the ACN executive council said.
She urged politicians in the local government, especially women, to rally round the council boss as he is poised to do better than he has done in the past.
Another ACN chieftain in the council area, Mrs. Tokunbo Adekanmbi, described the council boss as a silent achiever, who has the interest of the people at heart.
