‘Have Faith In Nigeria’
With the global economic recession affecting the economies of countries, both developed or developing, businessmen and women in the country have been advised to be positive, honest and have faith in the country.
This was the conclusion of speakers at a seminar recently organised by a non-goverment organisation, NGO, My Double Double, held in Lagos State, southwest Nigeria.
Mr. Obafemi Banigbe, Chief Technical Officer of TICO Communications, Ghana, who was a guest speaker at the event said businessmen and women should not dwell too much on the difficulty or problems encountered in the course of doing business in the country now, but be focused and make sacrifice so as to succeed in whatever endeavour.
Another guest speaker at the occasion, Asiwaju Dayo Israel, a United Kingdom-based motivational speaker and Chief Executive Officer of Make Impact Enterprise, United Kingdom said, “it is pertinent to create lasting personal and professional changes in business and that to make it in business, one needs to provide tools and techniques that will help one to succeed.
Mr. Paul Kayode Joash, Coordanator of My Double Double, said the seminar was organised to re-awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship in the state and urged the businessmen and women to always have faith in the country.
