The Board of Trustees of the Video Rentals Operators Association of Nigeria (VROAN), has appointed new caretaker committee to run the affairs of the union.

Members of the National Caretaker Committee are Prince Ayodeji Kolawole, chairman; Comrade Sunday Adeyemo, vice chairman; Mr. Yussuf Ekundayo Azeez, secretary; Architect Buraimo Nureni, treasurer; Muhammed Mustapha, organising secretary; Olaiya Olalekan Ismail, public relations officer and Mr. Lateef Emmanuel Omo Musa, provost.

In a statement made available to P.M. Entertainment, secretary of the Board, Comrade Femi Jolayemi, explained that the committee members were democratically appointed at a special meeting held at the chairman’s office and attended by all the members.

He disclosed that the caretaker committee was put in place to oversee the affairs of the association and the election of new officers of the association at the state and national levels.
