Eteye Hosts One Man, One Laugh

Comedian Adewale Babatunde Joseph otherwise known as Eteye is set to host his annual comedy show again.

The show tagged, One Man, One Laff, will hold at Genesis Hall, Ojodu on 11 December, 2011, and will feature popular Nigerian comedians like Klint D Drunk, Gbenga Adeyinka, Koffi, Owen Gee, Omo Baba, Baba Tee, Mc Abbey, Seyi Law, DBass and Naomi Mac (First runner-up Nigeria Idol).

It is put together by Take It Entertainment is expected to thrill the audience with good music and comedy. Eteye believes that comedy has attained a new standard which goes beyond making people laugh.

“For me, comedy is beyond making people laugh. My kind of comedy heals people of their worries and troubles,” he stated.

Eteye claims that this year’s show was named One Man, One Laff because the country has been tense for most periods, particularly the election period.

“After the success of the general elections that was regarded as One Man, One Vote in many quarters, I decided that One Man, One Laff will heal many people of their worries.”

Eteye, a graduate of Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology is optimistic that this year’s event will be bigger than the previous one.
