After over a decade on the urban music scene in the United Kingdom, Nigerian-born rapper Mo’Eazy is heading back home to become an active player in the country’s thriving music recording industry.

Showbiz Trends learnt that the rapper decided to come home to be closer to many of the top artistes who have found his services dependable. He is not just a rapper, but also a song writer, producer and actor.

“I’ve been contemplating returning home for some time now and I think the time is finally here. I’m happy I’m back and I’m here for good. There’s so much happening here: the industry is so vibrant and the music world class,” Mo’Eazy said.

Music acts coming back home to settle down is nothing new as the likes of D’ Banj and Weird MC have proven. With dozens of returnees already establishing successful music careers, it is a clear indication that Mo’Eazy is about to have a veritable impact on the Nigerian music scene.

Mo’ Eazy co-produced and co-wrote the Jubilee Song by 2Face Idibia for Nigeria’s 50th independence anniversary. He also had the opportunity of working with the award-winning star on Chemical Reaction, a remix track off his Invasion album.

Another top Nigerian artiste that has received Mo’ Eazy’s touch in his work is Darey Art Alade. The producer put his effect on the internationally successful hit single, The Way You Are. The two artistes are currently working on other songs to be released in a matter of months.
