Aweni’s ‘Stepping Out’ Is Ready

The third album of Princess Amudalat Aweni entitled Stepping Out, is ready.

P.M.Entertainment learnt that the singer is also working on the video of the album which will be released side by side the audio.

It was gathered that the visual, which is at the post-production level, is being handled by Topclass Productions.

The talented singer started a career in music with Waka music queen, Alhaja Salawa Abeni and left the band after spending about seven years, to join her mother, who was a trader, but returned in 2000 to form her own band because of her love for music.

Princess Aweni released her first album on Alloy Productions label owned by Sesan Abeleje, while

her second album was released in 2006 with the support of a UK-based entertainment outfit, Supreme Entertainment.

The singer, who promised to contribute her own quota to the development of Waka music said “with Stepping Out, Waka music will not be the same again.”
