The 2nd edition of Edna Smith Soccer Championship enters its quarter final stage with at least four matches to be played this weekend.
According to the fixtures made availbale to P.M.Sports by the Match Coordinator, Mr. Akinola Okanlawon, Acheivers FC will battle West K Football Club, Mupin City Boys will take on Union, Adekas will play Edna Smith, while Hamony will takcle MSI in the last match tomorrow.
In the matches played last weekend, Edna Smith beat Foursquare3- 0, Hamony defeated Nasco Jet 1-0 while MSI walloped Facson 4-1.
Okanlawon said the semi final matches will be played next weekend, while the third place and the final matches will be played on Chritmas eve, 24 December.
“I enjoin all the teams that qualified for the quarter finals to play according to the rule of the game,†he said.
