Thirteen-year old hip-hop/rap act, Usman Adebola Balogun otherwise known as Ever Real, is set to be the next whizkid on the bloc in Nigeriaâ€™s music industry.
Ever Real, while speaking with P.M. Entertainment, disclosed that he is on the verge of taking the Nigerian music scene by storm as he drops his debut dubbed My Story.
Usman, who has been creative from infancy, stated that the moment his parents noticed his creativity, they have been giving him all the required support to realise his dream.
He hinted further that the eight tracker recorded at a studio in Ado-Ekiti, was written, composed and arranged by him, while the songs include My Story, the title track, Bend Down Low, Free Style and Mo Binu. Others are Mo ti Gbowo, Ise Orin, Enemies and Na Me.
The Ibadan, Oyo State-born SS 2 student of Oke-Odo High School, Lagos State, said he gets great support and encouragement from his teachers, adding that he does not allow music to affect his study.
He added that despite being a talented music act, he wants to be a renowned visual artiste, although he looks up to Da-Green, Tu-face and Lil Wayne as his role models.
Meanwhile, Ever Real is presently at various locations across the country for the shoot of the promotional video of the album billed for release before the New Year.
