Kerosene Diversion: We Are Investigating Offenders –Minister of Petroleum Resources

Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Allison-Madueke has disclosed that his ministry is investigating the cause of the current kerosene scarcity in the country and those behind it.

The minister disclosed this while responding to a question at a town hall meeting organised by the Newspaper Proprietors Association of Nigeria, NPAN, at the MUSON Centre, Lagos.

Allison-Madueke said her ministry would investigate the allegations in advertorials carried by petroleum marketing associations in some national dailies yesterday.

P.M.NEWS had reported yesterday that two oil marketing associations accused a company of passing off kerosene as Jet A1 and selling to airlines as fuel.
