Team Manager of Current FC, Bello Quadri, is confident that his team will have a good outing when the Lagos Division, LDFA Super 8 Playoffs begins at Onikan Stadium.
Quadri said his team are in good shape to pick one of the two slots for the Lagos State league from the playoffs.
“We are preparing hard for the LDFA Super 8 playoff and our target is to pick one of the two slots to guarantee us a place in the state’s league,â€he said.
Quadri stated that it will be a disappointment if his team fail to qualify for the state league, thus charged his players to stay focused in order to achieve their goal.
He believes that winning the Super 8 playoffs will be a motivation for the players to go for victory in their subsequent competitions.
He also warned his players to be more committed to the club, saying that any player that fails to live up to expectations will be dropped from the team.
