Ex-Governor Daniel Postpones dad’s burial

Former Ogun state Governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel has postponed indefinitely the burial of his father, Pa Adebola Daniel, scheduled for Friday 13 January in Shagamu.
In a notice sent to friends and relations, Daniel attributed the postponement to ‘the present situation of our country today”, a reference to the workers strike, which began Monday, countrywide.
The strike has paralysed economic activities in Nigeria, shut the airspace, the banks and the ports.
Pa Abraham Adebola Daniel, a cleric died in December last year at the age of 95.
