SuperSport Job: NFF To Cut Keshi’s Salary
For the three weeks the Chief Coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi and his assistant, Daniel Amokachi, will be with SuperSport as analysts in the Africa Cup of Nations, they will lose their pay.

Justifying the action of Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, to cut the coaches’ salaries, the federation’s acting Secretary General, Musa Amadu, said the football authority believes Keshi and Amokachi are on their personal mission to the Nations Cup. He said the decision based on an agreement between the federation and the affected coaches.
“The federation has reached an agreement with Keshi and Amokachi to cut their salaries for the period they will be away as analysts for SuperSport TV. They are going there for their personal assignments and they should not expect the federation to pay them for that period,” he said.
He, however, allayed fears that the absence of the coaches would disrupt the preparation of the Eagles against Rwanda.
