Larry Bell Empowers Nigerian Youths

In a bid to distract many Nigerian youths from social vices like prostitution, cultism, armed robbery and internet scam, youthful Larry Bell has staged what he dubbed Give Back Africa Project.

The initiative started last year, and has so far empowered a couple of youths on different vocational trainings.

Campus Square gathered that the Give Back Africa Project had given free vocational trainings to youths in make-up, interior decoration, fashion designing, while some are currently receiving training in digital photography.

The photography students are undergoing the three-month training at Body Lawson School of Photography, Ikeja and according to Larry Bell, “certificate will be issued to the students at the end of the programme.”

Larry, who is doing the project under the auspices of his Extreme Light Concept (XLC) outfit, told Campus Square that he was inspired by his passion and desire to give back to the society.

“We discovered through our research that many youths are into social vices simply because they are idle or don’t have access to education or vocational training due to financial constraints. That is why we decided to start this project in order to give back to the society in our own little way,” Larry noted.
