Ebinum Targets More Goals For Tornadoes

Niger Tornadoes’ striker, Azuka Ebinum secured three points for his side against visitors, Wikki Tourists in Minna on Saturday.

The matchday seven encounter’s lone goal came at the 20th minute.

The victory up Tornadoes’ points haul to nine from possible 18 points.

Ebinum, who has raked in five goals for his side this season, told SuperSport.com that it is his fervent desire to keep scoring at every match.

“We desired three points and we got it courtesy of my goal.

“I am always a happy person each time I scored.

“Five goals for my side so far, I am not going to relent but double my effort to ensure I end the season atop of the scorers chart,” he said.

 

The former Zamfara United finisher adjudged Wikki as tough side.

“Wikki played very well, they missed many scoring chances.

“We were lucky to have converted our lone chance at goal,” he said.

Tornadoes will host ABS in mid-week in Minna when the matchday eight games get underway.
