The media/publicity director of the Osunbor Grassroots Solidarity Movement, OGSM, in Nigeria and in the Diaspora, Mr. Matthew Ebatamehi Aramunde has enjoined its members all over the country and overseas to work in harmony so as to ensure that their principal Prof. Oseriemhen Osunbor grabs the sole ticket at the Peoples Democratic Party’s primary slated for 27 February in the Edo State capital, Southsouth Nigeria.
He made the call during the end of year party organized for the members across the nation and the sub region who converged on Lagos last weekend.
Listing the achievements of the erstwhile governor, Mr. Aramunde noted that the Law lecturer is an intellectual of the highest repute, an unrepentant democrat with proven democratic potentials as against the dictatorship of the left that Edolites are subjected to right now in the state. He said what the legal luminary achieved in less than two years speaks volumes about the Professor Emeritus’ desire to effect the much needed change that will benefit all and sundry, noting that even the incumbent Governor will agree that he is merely building on the structures set up by Prof. Osunbor.
Against this backdrop, he enjoined the members to work assiduously and ensure that he wins the primaries, stressing that it is only that victory, that will enable him contest the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Edo.
