Director Mistaken For Suicide Bomber Dies

A director in the Ministry of Information in Kaduna state, northern Nigeria, Isuwa Kiforo, died Sunday from the gun shot wounds he sustained last week, according to Daily Trust.

He was shot by security operatives who mistook him for a suicide bomber.

He had refused to stop when security personnel guarding the Kaduna Government House flagged him down at the entrance.

But after the car he was driving was searched, no bomb or any explosive device was found in it.

He was immediately taken to the hospital where he died Sunday.
