Ecobank Nigeria has assured customers of seamless service delivery at all its over 600 branches nationwide.
This follows the seamless integration of operations and processes of former Oceanic Bank and Ecobank Nigeria.
As a result of the merger, all customers of the former Oceanic Bank and Ecobank Nigeria now have their accounts with the enlarged Ecobank Nigeria.
So far, Ecobank is the only merged bank to enable full access to accounts, and make a wide range of other services accessible for customers, across its entire branch network.
Commenting on the development, Ecobank Group Head, Domestic Banking, Kingsley Aigbokhaevbo, reiterated that customers’ account numbers and branch where their accounts were opened remain the same and unchanged.
“We are now a stronger bank with presence in all the 36 states of the federation. We carry out your banking transactions at any of the more than 600 Ecobank Nigeria branches across the combined network in Nigeria, making your banking more convenient and more accessible.
”Customers can now use their debit (ATM) cards free of transaction charges across all 890 Ecobank ATMs as well as use their debit cards free of charge at all POS terminals in the country.”
