Capital Femi Drops New Single ‘Get Low’

As his own New Year gift to music lovers, The Headies 2011 Best Vocal Performance (Male) Capital FEMI has released a brand new single Get Low.

The new song, already enjoying air play on different radio stations across the country, is delivered in a rhythmic sing along beat that is peculiar to the smooth singer.

From the intro of the song, it is clear that its purpose is to make one forget his or her problems and sway to the rhythm.

FEMI who is gradually making an impact in the entertainment industry, emerged the winner in a category at the Headies that had other great artistes such as Bez, Timi Dakolo and Darey.

He believes that to have a global impact, artistes need to have a home base. And this inspired him to come back to his motherland in 2009 after a long stay in the United States. He came on the Nigeria music scene with an RnB song, Never Felt A Love, signed on by Kennis Music.

The singer followed it with other hits which include Mapami, featuring Ego and Baby I Got Money, featuring Eedris Abdulkareem.

Last year, FEMI released three new singles titled Capital FEMI, Playlist and In Da name of Love. All songs expressed the versatility of FEMI.
