Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Senator Gbenga Kaka, has called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to move in and arrest those accused of impropriety in the petroleum industry.
In an interview with P.M.NEWS this morning, Senator Kaka said the EFCC has no excuse not to move into the petroleum sector and investigate all the allegations levelled against some corrupt government officials and oil industry operators.
He described the current probe of the oil industry as a welcome development, adding that a lot of revelations were made during the probe.
