Nathaniel Boys Sport Club continue their unbeaten run in the Lagos Junior League, LJL, following their 2-0 victory over Surulere Boys in a match played on Saturday at the Legacy Pitch of the National Stadium, Surulere.
Amniu Abubakar was hero of the day as he scored both goals for the Nathaniel Boys in the encounter watched by an average crowd.
The boys from Surulere fought and tried to reduce the tally, but could not score a single goal.
With the result, the Nathaniel Boys are now on top of the league table.
In another match, Mosan Okunola played 1-1 with Ikorodu West at the Alade Sports Complex, Ipaja.
Ahmed Ogundare opened the scoring for Ikorodu West in the 54th minute, while Mosan Okunola scored their equaliser in the 80th minute via Akinlade Abayomi.
