Lateef Ibirogba, Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, has warned the leadership of the state chapter of Music Advertisers Association of Nigeria to adopt a new means of doing business rather than creating noise pollution.
He added that the association should devise another way that will allow its registered members go about their business without encroaching on other people’s right and violate environmental pollution law.
Ibirogba also informed that some churches, mosques and TV viewing centres cause environmental pollution.
He advised them to comply in order to avoid the wrath of law and urged them to find environment friendly ways of selling their music cassettes and other allied businesses as applicable in other developed nations.
