Paul Quaye has been a revelation since making his La Liga debut last Sunday.
The Ghanaian teenager is eyeing more first team action at Espanyol after marking his Spanish La Liga debut last weekend.
The 16-year-old former Aspire Academy graduate came off the bench to replace Kalou Uche on 87 minutes in Espanyol’s 5-1 humbling of Rayo Vallecano.
He told MTNFootball.com that holding down a regular first team spot can only be achieved on hard work.
“I’m happy with my debut because I had always wanted to play. I want to play in the first team all the time but it won’t come easy. I will have to work hard.”
Quaye joined the Barcelona-based side in 2008 after excelling in an audition.
