Handball: Nigeria To Host ECOWAS Men Tourney

Nigeria will host the 2nd Commonwealth ECOWAS Men Handball Championship from 4-8 April at the Handball court of Abuja National Stadium.

Four countries from Africa, including Ghana, Cameroon, Benin and the hosts, Nigeria, will take part in the four- day event.

Executive Director of Commonwealth Handball Association, Garba Attahiru, said in a press release that the association is inviting handball clubs and sports festival’s handball teams from the 36 states of the federation, including FCT, Abuja, to come and watch as well as learn the latest techniques and tactics of the game during the championship.
