Super 4 Iris Smart Cricket League: BRF Battle Govt College In Final

The stage is now set for the final of the Super 4 Iris Smart Technology Club Cricket Committee League, which holds on 22 April at the Tafawa Balewa Cricket Oval.

The final will be a clash of the titans, as the defending champions BRF Cricket Club take on Government College Ibadan Old Boys Cricket Club, GCIOBCC, in a duel that promises to be an exciting war.

In the semi final decided last weekend at the Cricket Oval, GCIOBCC were made to work hard by spirited Federal Government College Warri Old Boys Cricket Club in a three wickets victory.

Having won the toss, GCIOBCC opted to field first, with Left-Hander Salako Azeez discovering his best form to score 80 runs off 67 balls with eight fours and four six (s), while Femi Oduyebo 42, Femi Oguntoke had 37 and Emmanuel Okwudili 26 runs for FGCWOBCC to finish on 230 runs all out in 47.4 overs.
