The death has been announced of Pa David Omobuan Oyamendun (a.k.a. Owesena) who was aged 103.
Pa Oyamendun was a community leader in Ujoelen-Ekpoma, Edo State and a good Christian till his death.
A social wake keep would be held in his honour on 30 March, 2012, at Omobuan’s compound, 92, Ujoelen Road, Ekpoma, on Saturday 31 March, family rites by 10.00am, while on Sunday ,1 April a thanksgiving service would be held at Anglican Church, Ujoelen, Ekpoma by 9.00am.
He is survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
