Ikechukwu Shines For Sudan’s Shendi

Francis Ikechukwu was the match winner for his Sudanese club, Ahly Shendi, in Mozambique against Ferroviario in a CAF Confederation Cup tie.

The prolific Nigerian striker, who missed the country’s final cut for last year’s Olympic qualifiers in Morocco, hit target in the 64th minute.

This result will give Ahly Shandy a big advantage leading to the first round return leg match in a fortnight.
