FA Cup: Tottenham Host Bolton

Tottenham Hotspurs will be looking for their first win in five matches when they take on Bolton Wanderers in a re-arranged FA Cup tie tonight in north London.

The fifth-round clash being played for second time after Fabrice Muamba’s tragic collapse due to cardiac arrest in the initial game over a week ago.

Aaron Lennon is likely to be missing for Spurs meaning Harry Redknapp will again have to find a solution to cure a lop-sided midfield that has affected the north Londoners’ performances in recent weeks.

Spurs are also without long-term absentees Michael Dawson, Tom Huddlestone and Heurelho Gomes. Carlo Cudicini, Ryan Nelsen and Danny Rose are likely to deputize for the side’s cup squad.

Ricardo Gardner, Lee Chung-Yong and Stuart Holden have been missing for the Trotters for much of the season and they have been joined by Fabrice Muamba as the midfielder continues to recover in intensive care after suffering a cardiac arrest in the tie’s initial game.

Top scorer Ivan Klasnic may return to the side after starting the weekend’s win over Blackburn on the bench and Arsenal loanee Ryo Miyaichi is likely to continue on the left wing after a string of recent performances since his temporary switch to the Reebok Stadium.
