Emoh Korblah has sustained his incredible form on the Tour to stretch his lead on the top of the Nigerian Professional Golf Association’s Order of Merit with two quick victories.
Korblah, who believed that his victories have not been a ‘stroll in the park’ said he has learnt to enjoy it while it last.
“There are still more events down the line and quite a couple of good players are threatening from behind. I will have to work harder to keep this,” he said.
Top among the players that threaten his top spot include fellow Ghanaian, Vincent Torgah, who chalked one of the three events that opened the year. Another win for Torgah with Korblah playing badly can change the order of merit index.
Perhaps the most intimidating is the form of Port Harcourt player Gift Willy, who is lying two places behind and eager to upturn the standing.
Gboyega Oyebanji, Oche Odoh, Mustapha Abdullahi and Umoh Edet are all positioned to change things if any of the top three players falter.
