Way and Life Concept Limited, a real estate firm, recently allocated 79 plots of land to its customers.

The ceremony took place at Sinawa Village, near Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State.

Speaking at the event, Shodiya Adebayo Abraham, chairman of the company said: “Way and Life Concepts Limited started over six years ago as a corporate freelancer marketer for other real estate developers.

“Then the time came for us to have our own project and we thought it wise that a place that appeals to subscribers like Garden of Eden Estate, Simawa, would be a perfect one.

“Many had doubts on our ability to deliver on our premises. When such questions arise, we always leverage on our success with other real estate developers that we had earlier marketed for.

“While we were giving this assurance, we never rested on oars, we worked relentlessly to achieve what you see here today.

“It will interest you to know that subscription into this project started exactly two years ago and for us to be allocating exactly two years after makes us bold to say that this is the beginning of our success story.

“We invite you all to partner with us as we turn more bushes into part of the city, not forgetting that there is money in the bush and this is a clarion call to our subscribers who had not been performing with their payments to please do,” Abraham added.

One of the beneficiaries, Bishi Ibrahim, said: “Way & Life Concept Limited is a fantastic company and I credit them for their services. They are doing well”.

He added: “The first step is for all the interested parties or subscribers involved to be steadfast in making their monthly contributions”.

He said the subscribers have a good impression about the company following the turnout at the last meeting held at the Women’s Development Centre in Agege. This, he said, made him believe that the firm would do a fantastic job at the end of the day.

“Often times, they send us text messages and brief us on the latest development. Prior to this allocation, all subscribers who have completed their payments were duly informed. This shows that they have a very high level of seriousness.

“You can also see the development on the site with tractors clearing everywhere,” Ibrahim said.
