ABS Coach Eyes Victory Against Sharks

Coach of ABS, Kabir Dogo, is emphatic that his wards will pick three points at Sharks.

The Port Harcourt landlords will host ABS on Matchday 19 encounter in a tie that could witness the llorin-based side go 10 matches unbeaten.

After a massive 3-0 win against Jigawa Golden Stars on Matchday 18 in llorin with two goals coming from Andrew Abalogwu and Akeem Audu, coach Dogo told SuperSport.com that he is heading to Sharks to continue his side’s unbeaten run.

“This massive win against Jigawa Stars is the tonic we need to head to Port Harcourt to face Sharks.

“This is a massive boost going into the game that will confirm whether we’ll be unbeaten or not at least to the end of the first phase.

“My players are super charged and raring to go, and I am assuring you we are going there to collect three points or at least pick a point.

“Sharks are a tough side at their ground, coupled with the three points they picked at Heartland. We’ve made a vow and we’ll see it to a successful end,” Dogo said.

Dogo has taken his side to 26 points from a possible 54 and he has restated his desire to see ABS finish among the best five at the end of the first round.

“We’re in the ring and will take our chances, we want to finish well this term. I know we will make it up in the second term,” he said.
